HOW WAS "O" TYPE FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE SPREAD COUNTRYWIDE?
Enquiries reveal this
strain is not active in China or
in any other country.
To blame this explosion of an epidemic on a piece
of meat from a Chinese restaurant is rediculous.
MAFF confirm for a number of years they have
been conducting trials of Pan-Asiatic "O" type
strain of live Foot and Mouth vaccines on farm
animals at Purbright and 2 other locations.
Ask your GP as demonstrated by Polio, live or attenuated Eco virus used by MAFF are dangerous, as they can revert back to the wild in the human, sheep or cattle gut, infecting others in faeces fro up to 3 years.
According to Dr Harash Narang the expert MAFF should not be using the live vaccine they hold but a dead or synthetic vaccine that is 100% safe. He also questions the use by MAFF of Citric Acid (i.e. vitamin C or lemon juice) to control Foot and mouth.
On the 9th January in the Times Nick Brown advised "Farmers to take out Foot and Mouth Insurance".
Reports of MAFF ordering logs for funeral pyres long before the outbreak of Foot and Mouth disease was officially reported at Bobby Waugh farm.
"Those who the Gods wish to destroy they first send MAFF or MAD".Government censorship means they don't need to lie just block anyone fron speaking the truth over the media.

A Letter from Mr Ken Bell regarding Foot & Mouth
28th March 2001
It is tragic to watch the plight of farmers seeing their livestock destroyed in anything but humain conditions while MAFF use Racial Prejudice and smears to divert their own guilt for this disaster onto the Chinese Community, where is the evidence? Why or how would they smuggle beef into the UK?
As a major supplier of Quality beef and seafood to Chinese outlets in the North of England and all of Scotland. I welcome anyone to inspect the rigid health certificates of origin and inspection etc... of the beef we sell imported by others from outside the EEC and so guaranteed free from BSE!CJD. Supplied to the USA and other strict health standard countries who don't have problems with Foot and Mouth. I will sell British Beef again only when MAFF agree to use Dr Narang's urine test I funded to guarantee its safety from infecting our young people with BSE/CJD.
Investigating this outbreak Dr Narang interviewed the tragic scape goat pig farmer Bobby Waugh he reported a visit around the 25th January by MAFF vets who inspected 3 or 4 of his pig pens. Surprisingly or not these were the only pig pens to develop Foot and Mouth disease to begin with, MAFF inspectors also inquired where they could purchase logs long before any reported Foot and Mouth disease. There are rumours of an outbreak in Galloway not reported where all the lambs aborted. MAFF admit using a live Foot and Mouth virus to test a live vaccine (instead of a dead one) in at least 3 farms over the last few months, do not deny it is the same '0' type virus that is devastating the farming industry across the country. I suggest like BSE/CJD this is another disaster we can put down to the ignorance of Government Rent a Professor who replace the real experts like Dr Narang.

An Open Letter To Tony Blair
Dear Mr Blair,
Ref: Foot and Mouth Vaccination:
I am writing this to you as an 'Open Letter' and to everyone concerned with the recent outbreak of FMD.
I wrote to your predecessor, Mr John Major, and warned him of the dangers posed by BSE and how it would damage farming and the lives of the public. Mr Major's main slogan at that time was, ' We are acting on the best scientific advice'.
At that time, you and your party colleagues dismissed Mr Major's claims and even made jokes about the statement. And you must realise that scientific advice does not necessarily mean anything.
Your Government set up a BSE Inquiry at a cost of £27 million in order to learn something, namely, that such incidents should not be repeated. But what did we learn? In turn, your Government is using the same political slogan as the previous Government, namely, 'We are acting on the best scientific advice'.
Having worked in the Public Health Laboratory with infectious diseases over the past thirty years, I can humbly inform you, that the FMD virus is related to polio virus: Entroviruses. Having worked with polio virus, I understand the mechanism involved with the spread and the control of FMD.
There are three chemicals which I found to kill Entroviruses: these are 1) Methylated sprit 2) Formaldehyde 3) Chloros hypochlorite (Narang et al, J Hosp Inf. 1983, 4, 209). I do not think citric acid will kill Entroviruses, which I am informed, is being used at present.
I feel very sorry for Britain's farmers and if these doctrine slogans are continually used, we are going to end up with no farm animals and no farmers. And the reason is very simple.
For a number of years, MAFF have been conducting trials for vaccines, particularly, with the Pan-Asiatic 'O' Type strain at the Research Centre at Pirbright. I have inquired, and at present, this strain is not active in any other country.
When one uses words such as, 'maybe' in relation to imported meat being the source of the infection, in the same tone, maybe, which is FMD virus more likely to have accidentally escaped from the Research Centre laboratory. You will of course appreciate that no one will own up to an escape.
I would also like to remind you of the accidental outbreak of smallpox from the Birmingham Laboratory in the 1980s.
As I realised that FMD was spreading from one farm animal to another, my simple advice was, to vaccinate animals, starting with cows. I categorically stated that the vaccine to be used should be, 'dead'. By that I mean, it should be killed, either by heating or, with formaldehyde as it was initially done with the preparation of polio vaccine.
Farmers have requested information from MAFF, in the event of a vaccination programme, as to whether the virus in the vaccine is 'live' or 'dead'. One farmer has been told 'dead'. However, he investigated further and on this occasion he was informed that the virus was 'attenuated', almost 'dead'.
In science what does this mean. To attenuate a virus, such as polio, it is cultured in laboratory and its coat is changed from Red to Green. Use of the attenuated virus with (Green coat) will produce a sub-clinical disease in the vaccinated animal. However, when virus with the Green coat starts to replicate in the vaccinated animal, it starts putting back the Red coat. The animal subsequently sheds the Red coated virus and it is therefore as deadly to other animals, as it was prior to vaccination.
If you have difficulty understanding this, I suggest you go and ask your GP and he will be able to explain using polio as an example, of how 'attenuated', almost 'dead', is in fact, not dead. He can also explain how other humans would be at high risk of contracting poliomyelitis after being infected with polio virus, which would be excreted by those who have been vaccinated. As I have tried to explain, polio virus has one human host, FMD has a number of host species. Therefore the use of the attenuated FMD vaccine, when shed, will affect every other animal in its 'wild' form.
Yours sincerely,
Dr Harash Narang
